Soft Yoga

YOGA .5 - Soft and Slow ~ Beyond Beginner Soft Yoga encompasses asanas with a slow flow. Postures are easier and transitions are slow while moving with breath. More modifications are included to address back, knee and other joint issues to make your yoga practice doable. This slow practice helps reduce pain, rate of respiration, blood pressure, anxiety, and depression. Benefits also include increased concentration, flexibility, muscle strength and tone, bone density, balance, coordination, self-confidence, sleep.

Power Yoga

Amaze yourself with your Yoga experience. Following warm up, we will perform multiple asanas concentrating on technique, then move into a focused yoga flow integrating effective breathing, and increasing heart rate. Surprise yourself with your capabilities and some yoga sweat.

Rock-Hard Abs

This intense class workout boosts Core-training, Abdominal toning, Back-strengthening. All practices to build stronger bodies.

Your posture begins and ends with Core strength. Increased core-back strength reduces workplace injuries, improves posture, allows functionality for daily activities, assists in bowel function and reduces incontinence.

Group Aerobics Classes Mobile Aerobics & Fitness

Group Aerobic Fitness classes are terrific enjoyment, even if you are shy. Great music, bountiful moves, and fun camaraderie are what make group fitness rock – for everyone! With short learning time you can work all your major muscles – tone up, strengthen bones, and increase flexibility, for life. Cardio and Interval power movements – without fluff – have more benefits. Aerobics classes increase blood flow to active muscles, increase lung distribution capacity, increase energy, raise basal metabolism, enhance muscle and strength, boost weight loss, decrease anxiety and depression. We know what to do, let us make it fun.

Dynamic Strength

This session utilizes Compound movements for stronger, functional bodies -- for life!

Consistent Strength training increases muscle tone, increases tendon, bone and ligament strength. Our muscles hold our bones, our bones hold us up! Think about it. Dynamic Strength also raises the heart rate so you get a solid aerobic workout with additional muscle toning.

STEP Aerobics   [Provided your organization has or can acquire STEP benches.]

Probably the hottest, most rigorous, and most satisfying of aerobics classes (for instructors too). Contrary to what some believe, STEP does not necessarily require the progressive choreography provided in gym atmospheres. STEP aerobics can be packed solid with individual Power moves that will tone-up flabby legs while increasing cardiovascular strength and endurance. Utilizing individual Power moves without week-by-week progression is great for those employees that must be absent due to job travel. STEP classes do move fiercely. As always, you should perform all movements at your own pace. STEP classes enhance self-confidence.

Back Power   [Exercise balls preferred]

Back Injuries top the list of both long and short-term work absences whether occurrences are lifestyle or work-related. Back strengthening movements are key to reduced back injuries. And, they work!

Safe Ball, mat, and standing strength movements are practiced targeting the upper, middle and lower back.

Personal Fitness Training   [With your company's permission]

Often employees will ask for personalized one or two-person fitness training. Personal fitness training is very useful for employees beginning any fitness program. This is important both for Safety and fitness training Direction. We can arrange personalized sessions provided your company allows.

Fitness Promotion and Program Accountability

Consistency is Key. To encourage adherence and communication, Bay Bridge can provide health Newsletters detailing the latest wellness advice and coaching. Adding promotional newsletters detailed with: 1) Reminders, 2) Employee achievements, and 3) Program updates - promotes successful fitness program adherence.

Follow-up communications and evaluations: Accountability reporting to management is vital to any employee wellness program. Management needs and deserves updates on employee attendance and feedback. Confidentiality is always practiced. Only company designated liaisons will receive reporting information.
