Following careful study, Bay Bridge Fitness is delighted to offer you Healthy Meal Plans. We feature various meal plan types [shown below] providing you a Six Meal a Day Diet Plan [3 meals + 3 snacks = 168 meals] for four weeks.

Bay Bridge Fitness takes Meal Planning seriously. Our meal plans are created by Certified Dietitian/Nutritionists and Registered Dietetic Counselors with the American Dietetic Association. These healthy meal plans are provided to us from NutriBase Nutrition software – specially designed for professional users such as dietitians, nutritionists, fitness trainers, and physicians.

From Healthy Weight Loss meal plans; to Heart Healthy and Hypertension meal plans; to 40-30-30 Diet plans, Vegetarian meal plans, Diabetic meal plans, and more – you are certain to learn and practice a positive, healthy diet plan for your future.

There are many meal plans online – some more, less, or similar in cost to Bay Bridge Fitness. Often sample meal plans online are offered for one week up to four weeks. Do be aware most of these plans do not provide you a simple meal caloric count, percentages of fats, carbs and protein, vitamin and mineral stats, dietary fiber, etc. Bay Bridge supplies you food value stats for your meal plans – this is very important particularly for those wanting weight loss meal plans.

Meal Plan Caloric Levels

Each meal plan offers 8 Choices in Caloric Levels, for example: 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2400, or 2800 Calories per day. The different meal plans do vary in the number of calories, but all plans have 8 levels for you to choose from.

"Body Building" Diet Meal Plans range from 1500, 1750, 2000, 2250, 3000, 3500, or 4000 calories.


What is the difference in Vegetarian vs. Vegan

Vegetarian is a blanket term used to describe a person who does not consume meat, poultry, fish, or seafood. This grouping includes vegans and the various sub-categories of vegetarian; however, it generally implies someone who has less dietary restrictions than a vegan.

Vegan is the strictest sub-category of vegetarians. Vegans do not consume any animal products or by-products. Some go as far as not even consuming honey and yeast. Others do not wear any clothing made from animal products.

What is the DASH Diet

People with hypertension (high blood pressure) or prehypertension may be told by their physicians to adopt the DASH diet. The DASH diet eating plan has been proven to lower blood pressure in studies sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension). The DASH diet involves eating more fruits and vegetables, and low-fat or non-fat dairy.

In addition to being recommended by your physician, DASH is also recommended by:

  - The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute
      (one of the National Institutes of Health, of the US Department of Health and Human Services)
  - The American Heart Association
  - The 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans
  - US guidelines for treatment of high blood pressure
  - and, the DASH diet formed the basis for the new USDA MyPyramid

The DASH eating plan has been proven to lower blood pressure in just 14 days. Best response came in people whose blood pressure was only moderately high, including those with prehypertension. For people with more severe hypertension, who may not be able to eliminate medication, the DASH diet can help improve response to medication, and lower blood pressure. The DASH diet lowers cholesterol, and with weight loss and exercise can reduce insulin resistance.

How you receive your meal plan

We will email you your complete meal plan (in pdf format). Your initial email will be your order confirmation/receipt. Following this you will receive your meal plan within One-business day.

Please note: Meal plans are not Refundable so choose wisely.

Are recipes included?

Typically recipes for meals are not included. However, there are some available -- let us know if you would like us to retrieve. We can look them up for you and advise.

Meal Plan Costs

Each 4-week meal plan costs $19. The Body Building diet plans are $21.
