Bay Bridge Fitness provides seminar Shorts for those companies wanting to evaluate employee response and commitment. They are a terrific starting point and a smart alternative for companies on tight budgets or those contemplating a workplace wellness program. The seminar Shorts are uplifting and interactive. Absolutely and they should be. It is important to structure a program to parallel a group. A common target group would be computer or sit-down professions, and physical occupations with lifting involved.

What does the basic seminar cover?
Simple, practical nutrition facts and education; balancing realistic eating habits; why and how? Beginning moderate exercise; why and how?

Do we teach Group Fitness classes?
Yes, with a passion since 1989 and we are professionally multi-certified.

What programs, services and follow-up do we provide for your employees?
Post-workshop monitoring, rewards programs, and positive support all encourage "adherence." Though post-workshop participation is optional, it is highly recommended for a time. Follow -up programs include: Periodic fitness evaluations, support consultations, and more.
